The refund is a credit that you can use on the site for 3 months for future purchases. Generally, refunds are processed within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days following receipt of your items.

We strongly advise you upon receipt to carefully check the general condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of an anomaly, you have seven (7) working days from the day of receipt of your order to contact our Customer Service so that an advisor can validate and record your return request. Please return the items to us intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels including their references), within 7 days of receipt of your package. - For a size problem, you have 7 days after receipt of the product to return it. You must inform customer service by calling or sending an email. - For a model problem, you have 48 hours after receipt of the product to return it. You must inform customer service by calling or sending an email. - For all other reasons, you must contact customer service to explain the reasons for your return of items. You have a maximum deadline of 7 days. Please note that the Finezine brand does not provide refunds for returned items. You benefit from a credit that can be used for 3 months on our site. Beyond these deadlines, we will no longer be able to accept orders with this credit. In accordance with legal provisions, you can use your right of withdrawal of seven (7) days from the validation of your order to cancel your order or to return to us, at your expense, the items which do not satisfy you provided that they have not been damaged and that they are returned in their original packaging. You will be reimbursed within fifteen (15) days from receipt of your return package, with a credit of an amount equal to your order and valid on all products on the site.
